Hourly rate for Transaction Processing Associate III is $19.24
Experience/Education: College Degree and Eligibility Determination/Transaction Processing experience preferred.
******MUST BE ABLE TO TYPE AT LEAST 40 WPM******
Hourly rate for Call Center team Lead is $20.17
Experience/Education: Associates degree from an accredited college or university. Two (2) minimum experience in a healthcare field. Two (2) years minimum experience in call center environment.
******MUST BE ABLE TO TYPE AT LEAST 27-30 WPM******
Hourly rate for Appeals Coordinator is $21.00
Experience/Education: College degree (minimum of Associates) or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of grievance or appeals experience.
Hourly rate for Quality Assurance Auditor is $20.50
Experience/Education: College Degree preferred. Experience in auditing of a call center or transaction processing knowledge. Experience in public sector healthcare, Medicaid and/or CHIP a plus.

A data entry and typing assessment is administered at the time of this recruitment for Transaction Processor III, Call Center Team Lead, and for QA Auditor (Quality Assurance Auditor).
