DESCRIPTION:Join the East Hartford Health Department and the CT American Heart Association for a Narcan and Hands-Only CPR (Chest Compressions) Training. This training is free and will equip participants with life-saving skills that anyone can use during a medical emergency\, including an opioid overdose. Each participant will receive a free Narcan kit\, including Deterra safe medication disposal bags. Registration is encouraged by calling the Health Department (860-291-7324) or signing up here: https://forms.office.com/g/S12n1gs3d9 but walk-ins will not be turned away.
