DESCRIPTION:ECHN presents C-Section Recovery: Healing Naturally with Physical Therapy and Naturopathic Care on Thursday\, 10/16/2025 from 6:00-7:30pm at Women’s Center for Wellness\, 2600 Tamarack Avenue\, Suite 100\, South Windsor\, CT. 06074. \nJoin certified pelvic rehab practitioner Alyssa Itzkowitz\, PT\, DPT\, PCES\, PRPC and naturopath Lauren Young\, ND\, as they share information on the benefits of physical therapy (PT) and naturopathic practices after a C-section. They will provide information about how PT aids in recovery\, pain relief\, and regaining function\, focusing on scar tissue management\, core and pelvic floor strengthening\, and improving posture and body mechanics\, as well as naturopathic practices that focus on supporting the body’s natural healing processes and restoring overall well-being post-surgery. \nAttendance can be in person or virtual via Zoom. Registration is required.
