They will provide information about how PT aids in recovery\, pain relief\, and regaining function\, focusing on scar tissue management\, core and pelvic floor strengthening\, and improving posture and body mechanics\, as well as naturopathic practices that focus on supporting the body’s natural healing processes and restoring overall well-being post-surgery. \nAttendance can be in person or virtual via Zoom. Our goal is to highlight how women have played an instrumental role in uplifting early care and education while preserving the workforce at large.
