In addition\, the CBA will make every effort to find an interpreter for anyone who requests that service. \nParticipants may meet with a volunteer lawyer for 30 minutes to receive free legal advice for questions about civil (not criminal) law in the following areas: \n\nDebt Collection\nEmployee Rights\nImmigration Law\nLandlord/Tenant\nFamily Law\nTax Law\nBankruptcy\nPardons\n\nVolunteer lawyers will provide brief legal advice on the date of the clinic. They will not continue to represent you\, file documents in court\, or go to court with you. \nBefore the clinic\, you will receive a call from a volunteer to learn more about your legal question.
