DESCRIPTION:Join a free six-week workshop aimed at providing tools for managing ongoing health conditions. \nThe workshops are part of the Live Well program sponsored by the Department of Rehabilitation Services\, the State Unit on Aging\, and the North Central Area Agency on Aging. \nEach consists of six sessions led by a trained Live Well leader and addresses topics such as healthy eating\, exercise\, stress management\, and more. \nThe one-hour sessions will be offered by telephone.
