DESCRIPTION:Interested in becoming a chef? Forge City Works\, a Hartford-based non-profit that promotes connections and opportunities fueled by food\, is looking for 18-26-year-olds to participate in a culinary-arts training program. \nPotential participants\, providers\, and community partners are invited for coffee and to learn more about the program from 10am-2:30pm on any of the following dates: July 31; August 7\,14\, and 21.  The programs will take place at Fire By Forge restaurant\, 539 Broad St. in Hartford. \nForge City Works’ culinary arts training provides on-the-job experience and job placement. \nView the event flyer and a referral form at this link \nContact Carla Domingo by email or phone at carla@forgecityworks.org\, 860-548-9877 with questions.
