What is a Pro Se Divorce?
Pro se means that you are representing yourself in court, rather than having an attorney represent you. You follow the same procedure, but you must fill out and file all the legal forms yourself.

The books are available free to anyone and can be obtained from any Judicial District (JD) court clerk. They can also be downloaded at the above links. Sets of books are also available at public libraries, legal aid offices, and domestic violence shelters.
