Being called one of the worst humanitarian crises, the ongoing Syrian conflict has spanned eight years, claimed numerous lives, and forced millions of Syrians from their homes. These refugees seeking asylum in the United States and locally in Connecticut, or those rebuilding their lives in Syria, need services and resources to help them become self-sufficient. The following state and national organizations provide resources which will help families adjust to their new lives here in Connecticut, or provide basic resources that have become an essential lifeline for these individuals and families remaining in Syria or neighboring countries.
