CHFA Homeownership Programs Webinar – 2-29-2024

Join the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) for a free overview of CHFA’s Homeownership Programs, including the Time to Own (TTO) program. The webinar will take place online on Thursday, February 29, from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
Connecticut’s TTO Program is a forgivable down payment assistance loan program that provides up to $50,000 of down payment and closing cost assistance to eligible first-time homebuyers.
