Bridgeport’s Puerto Rican Parade and Festival takes place on Sunday, July 13, beginning at 11am at the Seaside Beach Band Shell. The day will feature cultural celebrations, traditional dances, authentic cuisine, and a variety of family-friendly activities.
A special flag-raising ceremony will kick off the festival on Saturday, July 12 at 1pm at City Hall, 45 Lyon Terrace. This ceremony will serve as a symbolic start to the festivities, honoring the heritage and traditions of the Puerto Rican community.
Entertainment will include The Cover Girls, ConjuntoImagen, FunkSalsaUrban, AguaPa’Chocolate and Ministerio De Danza y Folklore.
