2026 Dress for Success Virtual Employment Readiness Program (ERP)

Dress for Success Hartford will be hosting a transformative 3-week experience designed to help women gain the confidence, skills, and support they need to secure meaningful employment and advance their careers. The program sessions run from 1pm-3pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays for three weeks beginning 9.1 through 9.17, with Mock Interview sessions conducted via Zoom on 9.14 and 9.16 and in-person graduation on Thursday, 9.17. The program is free for unemployed or underemployed women who are anxious to secure meaningful employment. Referral Deadline Today, 8.25.2026

Program Requirements
Participants must:
- Be actively seeking employment or pursuing a career change
- Have at least 1 year of work experience
Have a working email address and contact phone number
- Commit to attending all 8 Sessions including: Personal Goal Conversations, Mock Interviews #1 and #2 and the In-Person Graduation Ceremony
- Complete the Participant Agreement before the program begins
- Have access to Zoom via a computer or smartphone
Complete homework assignments on time
- Client Referral Form upon request from referring agency
