CONSTITUENT SERVICES OFFERED BY MEMBERS OF CONGRESS

United States Senators and Representatives offer Constituent Services for the people they represent in Congress. Casework staff located at home district offices of Congress members provide services such as contacting federal agencies for problems with a wide range of issues including Consumer Affairs/Protection; Health Care; Homeownership and Foreclosure Prevention; Immigration/Visas/Deportation; IRS/Taxes; Medicare; Military/Veterans/ Passports; Social Security; and Student Loans.  However, congressional offices cannot help with matters that involve state agencies or the judicial system. Further information can be found at the websites of Connecticut’s U.S. Senators and Representatives listed below.
