COVID-19 Testing Site Registration

IMPORTANT UPDATE: As of October 2022, the State of Connecticut will maintain all COVID-19 test site related content on https://ct.gov/dph/covidtest. For questions, please visit the Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH) website, or call DPH at: 860-509-8000.  As a result of this change, 2-1-1 Connecticut will no longer be maintaining COVID-19 test sites.
