In recognition of Disability Employment Awareness Month, several Connecticut organizations have joined forces to present the 12th Annual Disability Resource Fair.
Where: Oak Hill New England Assistive Technology (NEAT) Building, 33 Coventry Street, Hartford, CT.
When: Friday, October 25, from 9:00am – 12:00pm.
This in-person event offers networking opportunities, opportunities to explore careers in manufacturing, IT, healthcare, and transportation. distribution, and logistics (TDL), plus information about the use of assistive technology, and information pertaining to legal rights in the workplace.

The Disability Resource Fair is presented by Oak Hill, LifeBridge Community Services, the American Job Center, Connecticut Department of Labor, Connecticut Workforce Partners, the City of New Britain, The Connecticut Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, CT Department of Developmental Services and Disability Rights CT, all of whom welcome the public to come and learn about North Central CT Disability Resources.
LifeBridge Community Services will also provide American Sign Language interpreting for this event.
