ADS Listening Session – (Norwalk) – 11-19-2026
The state Department of Aging & Disability Services’ Bureau of Aging will hold a community listening session on Thursday, Nov. 19, to seek input on Connecticut’s next State Plan on Aging. The event will take place from 1pm-2pm at The Marvin, 60 Gregory Blvd, Norwalk.
The listening session is one of a series of events across Connecticut to solicit ideas from older adults, caregivers, service providers, community partners, and anyone interested in aging in Connecticut. Feedback from the sessions will help the department better understand what is most important to Connecticut’s aging population.
Listening sessions are open to the public.
Each session will include:
- A short overview of the State Plan on Aging
- A facilitated discussion about what is working, what is needed, and what can be improved
Those needing accommodations should contact the Department three business days prior to an in-person event.
