Learn the basics – This workshop is great for people with little or no computer experience or anyone that needs a refresher. How computers work – Mouse control, basic terminology, desktop operations, Help & Support options. How to use the Internet in your job search. Computer basics is a 6 hour hands on workshop ( 2 days, 3 hours per day).
