Bloomfield Open Enrollment Fair – Access Health CT – 1-10-2024

Access Health CT, the state insurance marketplace, will hold an Open Enrollment Fair from 10am-2pm, January 10, at 1170 Blue Hills Avenue in Bloomfield.

The 2024 Open Enrollment Period starts on November 1 and ends on January 15.

• Those new to Access Health CT who have questions on enrollment and eligibility can sign up for this event to get free in-person help.
• Existing customers of Access Health CT can review and update their information.

Enrollment Checklist:
To complete an application, have this information for yourself and anyone in your household applying for coverage:

• Dates of Birth
• Social Security numbers
• Visa, green card, or immigration documents
• Most recent W2 and/or Form 1040, Form 1099
• Current insurance coverage
• Paystubs, Profit & Loss statements, or other employment information to confirm income for everyone in your tax household.
