Is a presentation and explanation of all services that are offered by the American Job Center. It lasts for approximately 2 hours and includes a basic skills assessment. This information session is mandatory to attend if a participant wants to become involved in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program.
Virtual Career Service Information Session is an individually viewed video presentation which is an on-site alternate daily option from 8:00-3:30 to those who cannot attend the scheduled CSIS. It lasts for approximately 30 minutes. Immediately following the video presentation, a basic skills assessment is to be scheduled for the participant.
