Charter Oak State College Open House – 4-15-2026

Charter Oak State College will offer a virtual open house at 6pm, Wednesday, April 15, for those interested in early childhood education.

The open house will be presented via Zoom.

Participants may explore all online degree programs in Early Childhood Education, Child Studies, Paraprofessional Studies, and Curriculum and Instruction. The event will also cover popular online Certificate Programs, including Child Development Associate Training (CDA-T), Speech and Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), and Alternate Route to Certification (ARC) – Connecticut’s only hybrid birth-to-five teaching certificate for bachelor’s degree holders in any field.

Admissions and program directors will cover all programs. Attendees apply free.

The college accepts credit for prior college, professional experience, and certification.
