Somers Comes Together Coalition is inviting the community to share ideas, learn, also voice concerns about opioid epidemic.
There will be 7 Panelists:
Susan Wolfe, PhD, Lt. Jose Claudio, Officer Michael Hevey, Sharon Dudley, LCSW, Karen Fitzpatrick Garvey, John Lally, APRN, Narcotics Anonymous.
Resource Fair:
ERASE, Community Health Resources, Natchaug Hospital Joshua Center, Narcotics Anonymous, Today I Matter, Celebrate Recovery, Teen Challenge, Justice’s Fight, Big Y Pharmacy to provide NARCAN demonstration.
There will be a station that will be accepting all unused or unwanted prescriptions.
Somers Recreation Dept. will provide pizza & supervised activities free of charge for children of parents/caregivers who wish to attend the forum.
