Yale School of Medicine LMSA-SNMA Community Health Fair
The health fair this year is to help empower residents of Greater New Haven with health education and services that will benefit their future health and the health of their family and friends. Services provided at the event will be s blood pressure screenings, STI testing, blood sugar testing, health education, and more, all at no cost to health fair participants, and in conjunction with organizations such as Elm City Freddy Fixer Parade, Cornell Scott Hill Health Center, and AIDS Project New Haven. Health fair participants will have the opportunity to engage intimately with medical experts on the health issues and questions affecting their community. Additionally, we will be providing entertainment and fun activities for all who attend, including Zumba, raffles, health-education games, exercise activities, and distribution of health-conscious foods and snacks.
