Entry Point Staffing will hold a hiring event from 1pm-3pm, Wednesday, Sept. 13, at the Danbury American Job Center, 185 Main Street.

Entry Point, which specializes in hiring second-chance candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct placement opportunities, will be hiring for Oil Change Technicians in Danbury and New Milford.

Job Description: Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles, full training provided for these temp-to-hire opportunities. Provide exceptional service with friendly, customer-focused delivery. Maintain clean and safe work environment. Work quickly and efficiently. Employer open seven days a week, 8am-7pm, seeking candidates who are available during store hours. Opportunities are temp-to-hire.

Duties:

• Have a positive, friendly attitude, with a customer service mentality; ability to be a team player.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency/energy.
• Possess the desire and ability to learn, as well as demonstrate personal responsibility.
• Able to lift to 50 pounds.
• Have full body mobility and be able to twist, turn, bend at the waist, squat, go up and down stairs.
  Be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time with hands above the head.
