Forge City Works, a nonprofit organization that provides job training and food access through sustainable social enterprises, is recruiting for its culinary program.
The organization will hold a series of informational sessions from 10am-2pm on Wednesday, March 26, and Saturday, April 5, 12, and 19 at Fire By Forge restaurant, 539 Broad Street in Hartford.
People ages 18 to 26 are invited to come for coffee and learn more about the program, which offers on-the-job experience and job placement. Participants may attend any of the sessions.
