The public is invited to a virtual information session for prospective foster and adoptive parents from 6pm-8pm, October 16.
The session is hosted jointly by the Annie C. Courtney Foundation and the Connecticut Department of Children and Families. It is the first step in the licensing process.
This is a statewide event.
