The public is invited to an information session for prospective foster and adoptive parents from 10am-12noon, October 21 at The First Cathedral, 1151 Blue Hills Avenue, Bloomfield.
The session is hosted jointly by the Annie C. Courtney Foundation and the Connecticut Department of Children and Families. It is the first step in the licensing process.
This is a statewide event.
