Free Back-to-School Vaccines in Stamford.
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services will sponsor a series of free back-to-school vaccination clinics beginning July 9 and continuing through Sept. 4 at 137 Henry Street in Stamford.
Vaccines will be administered from 8:30am-3:30pm Monday through Friday, with extended hours from 4pm-7pm Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Documents Required
For kids:
- Birth certificate or passport
- Vaccine records (in English)
For parents:
- Passport or driver’s license
For caregivers (other than parents):
- Notarized papers that state legal connection of care for the child
- Passport or driver’s license
Appointments are preferred; walk-ins are welcome.
The clinic will also offer well-child physicals, by appointment only. Call 203-977-5385 to schedule. No insurance is needed.
