Inspire and Empower – Central Connecticut Adult-Youth Workshop – 3-1-2024 and 3-2-2024

Several Central Connecticut human service agencies are sponsoring “Inspire & Empower,” an adult-youth empowerment workshop scheduled for Friday, March 1, and Saturday, March 2, at the Courtyard by Marriott, 4 Sebethe Drive in Cromwell.

The workshop will take place from 5pm-9pm on Friday and 8am-noon on Saturday. Dinner and breakfast will be provided. Overnight accommodations are available for $125.

Guest speaker will be John Morello, who survived a high-risk adolescence and later developed a critically acclaimed one-man show to help others understand these struggles.

  Empowering Youth: Navigating Independence
  Sound Meditation for Stress Reduction

The workshop is sponsored by Berlin Social and Youth Services; Berlin Upbeat; Newington Human Services; Rocky Hill Youth and Family Services; and Wethersfield Social and Youth Services.
