Maternal Beginnings Family Wellness Day – Middletown CHC – 9-11-2026

Community Health Center Inc. (CHC), 675 Main Street, in Middletown, will host “Maternal Beginnings Family Wellness Day” from 2pm-5pm, Friday, Sept. 11.

The Family Wellness Day is free and open to all birthing individuals, new parents, and their families across Connecticut.

Each family will receive a complimentary wellness gift bag, and attendees will be entered into raffles for a chance to win door prizes. The event will feature statewide resources, including information on car seat safety, safe sleep education, WIC, maternal and family wellness, and more. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
