Montville AJC Job Recruitment – 2-10-2026

Montville American Job Center Recruitment, 601 Norwich-New London Turnpike in Montville, will host “Empowered to Employed,” a job fair readiness workshop, to be held Tuesday, Feb. 10, from 9am-11:30am.
Participants will learn tips, tricks, and time-tested activities to help them prepare for a job fair or employer recruitment event. The interactive workshop will include topics such as:
- Creating a Job Fair-Friendly Resume
- Effective Networking and Post-Fair Follow-up
- How to Craft an Effective Elevator Pitch
- Strategies to Handle On-the-spot Applications and Interviews
- And more.
