Pop-Up Food Pantries today – New Haven area – 4-11-2023

A group of New Haven-area nonprofit organizations are hosting pop-up food pantries today Tuesday, April 11, from 3pm-5pm at four locations around the city.

The pantries are open to anyone in need of food and will feature free nutritious food on a first-come, first-served basis.

Locations for the food pantries include:

• The Truman School, 113 Truman Street
• The Lincoln-Bassett School, 21 Butler Street
• The Shack, West Hills Community Center, 333 Valley Street
• John Martinez School, 100 James Street

The pantries are co-sponsored by CFAN, Connecticut Foodshare, United Way of Greater New Haven, Loaves and Fishes, NICE, Cathedral of Higher Praise, Beulah Heights Church, The Shack, West Hills Community Center, and New Haven Public Schools.
