North Central Network of Care, a network of professionals, parents, and community members in 23 Connecticut communities looking to strengthen mental health services, is holding a workshop on self-care on February 4, from 9:30am-10:30am on Teams.
The virtual workshop is recommended for all helping professionals, parents, and caregivers.
