Help supply back-to-school items for 25,000 Connecticut children. Support the United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut’s annual Stuff The Bus drive.
You can make a difference in two ways:
- Make a monetary donation online to the Stuff The Bus fund. Your support will help keep classrooms stocked all year long. Donations fund school supplies and school programs dedicated to advancing children academically. Go to https://fundraise.givesmart.com/form/f5BB4w?vid=zdxo6 and contribute between now and Sept. 30.
- Host a School Supply Drive in cooperation with your organization during the same period. If your group wishes to participate, please contact Phil Blonski at pblonski@unitedwayinc.org or 860-493-1132. If you wish, you may earmark your donation for a particular school or school district.
School supplies needed include: crayons, erasers, glue sticks, highlighters, markers, pens, #2 pencils, pocket folders and spiral notebooks. Donations will be delivered to students across central and northeastern Connecticut.
