Understanding Your Child’s IEP – Webinar – 1-24-2024

“Understanding Your Child’s IEP,” will be the topic of an online webinar to be held January 24 from 12:30pm – 2pm on Zoom. The webinar is sponsored by Favor, Inc., a statewide family-led, nonprofit that is committed to empowering families as advocates and partners in improving educational and health outcomes for children.

The training focuses on understanding the following:

• the New IEP, page-by-page
• changes from the old IEP
• how parents and caregivers should prepare input and concerns in the areas of academics, social and emotional learning, and transition planning.

A list of supplementary aids and services will be provided.
