UR Community Cares presents Digital Tools for Brain Health, a free class on how digital tools can support the health of the brain. The class begins at 1pm April 28 at the UR Community Tech Center, 153 Spruce Street in Manchester.
The class features practical resources to keep one’s mind active and enhance cognitive well-being in today’s digital world.
