My Place CT:, was created by Connecticut’s Department of Social Services to help individuals understand how to access long-term care services and supports. It includes a website and call center, as well as career opportunities for caregivers. It asks consumers about their needs and shows how they can pay for care and also lists housing, long-term care insurance and transportation options.
