The Greater Hartford Regional School Choice Office (RSCO) was created by the Connecticut State Department of Education to assist families interested in learning about, and applying to RSCO schools and programs located in the Greater Hartford region through the annual RSCO lottery. The RSCO staff provide families with the information they need to make timely and informed decisions about their student’s public school choice options given the child’s age and interests.
