Connecticut COVID Vaccine Appointment Assist Line Interest – United Way of Connecticut

The CT COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment Assist Line is partnering with health providers throughout the state to screen patients for eligibility and schedule them for COVID-19 vaccine appointments. Health providers can manage their own availability and appointment inventory in Appointment Plus, which is a shared third-party scheduling platform.

United Way of Connecticut (UWC) 2-1-1 operates the CT COVID-19 Vaccine Appointment Assist Line and works closely with the State of Connecticut Department of Public Health to schedule appointments for people who are eligible under the current guidelines for each phase of the vaccine rollout.
